Use of Website

Appointments and Services

Appointments, availability, service pricing, barber availability, and promotions are subject to change at any time. Submitting a form or booking request does not guarantee a specific time, barber, service, or price unless confirmed.

Membership Billing

Memberships are billed monthly and automatically renew.

There are no long-term contracts unless otherwise stated in writing.

Memberships may be canceled at any time prior to the next billing cycle.

Membership benefits and services vary based on the selected membership type.

No refunds will be issued for any prior billing periods.

Cancellation Policy

To avoid being billed for the next cycle, cancellation must be completed before your next billing date.

All membership cancellations must be requested by texting the shop directly at 253.224.8077.

Cancellation will stop future billing but does not refund any previous charges.

Non-Member & Referral Access Fees

Non-member access fees and barber referral access fees are one-time payments and are non-refundable once payment is completed or access is granted.

Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party providers, including Stripe. By submitting payment, you authorize the applicable charge and agree to the payment processor’s terms.

Keycards & Access Credentials

Membership may include physical or digital access credentials.

Replacement keycards are $5.

Lost or compromised credentials may be deactivated for security purposes.

Identity verification may be required for reissue.

Affiliate Discounts & Membership Perks

Affiliate discounts, partner offers, and membership perks may change at any time without notice. Discounts vary by partner and may not be combined unless approved.

Barber Availability & Service Access

All services are subject to barber availability, scheduling, membership type, and shop policies. Checking in does not guarantee immediate service.

Customer Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service, revoke access, or terminate services for any behavior deemed abusive, unsafe, fraudulent, disruptive, or in violation of shop policies.

Text Messages & Communication

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive calls and text messages from The Clean Cut Boys Club related to appointments, membership updates, payment notifications, promotions, and customer support.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Consent is not required to purchase services.
